Monte San Pietro is a subzone of Colli Bolognesi where there are more stringent requirements for wine production than under the generic DOC title.
Not surprisingly, Colli Bolognesi Pinot Bianco Monte San Pietro DOCG is made from the Pinot Bianco grape (100%). It has a dark straw color, sometimes with green hints, a delicate, distinctive and slightly aromatic scent. The taste is balanced, dry and always harmonious and very refined.
This elegant wine can be enjoyed either as an aperitif, with fish dishes, antipasti or egg dishes.
