This is Elba's rosé (Rosato), and it contains the same grape varieties as Alba Rosso, namely Sangiovese (60-100%), with permission to use additional local red grapes (0-40%) and green grapes (max. 10%).
The result is a more or less pink-colored rosé, with a vinous and fresh aroma. The taste is dry and harmonious.
