This white wine, Colli Bolognesi Zola Predosa Sauvignon DOC, is made from Sauvignon grapes (minimum 85%), with the permitted addition of other white grapes (0-15%). The wine has a light straw color, a delicate, slightly aromatic or perfumed scent, characteristic of the type, and a dry, fresh and full-bodied taste.
