Zola Predosa is a subzone of Colli Bolognesi where there are more stringent requirements for wine production than under the generic DOC title.
Colli Bolognesi Zola Predosa Chardonnay DOC is a white wine made from the Chardonnay grape (100%). The wine has a more or less intense yellow color and a delicate, fruity scent, typical of the grape. The taste is balanced, dry or sometimes slightly sweetish.
The sweet type is a good accompaniment of desserts, while the dry type is best enjoyed with fish dishes.
