The Syrah grape is used here for a dry red wine with a vermilion or orange-red color. The wine must contain a minimum of 85% of the grape, and up to 15% local, non-aromatic red grapes may also be added.
The aroma is elegant, with touches of wild berries, and the taste is dry and harmonious.
The mandatory aging period is 15 months, of which at least 7 must be in oak barrels, and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. All starting after January 1 of the year after the harvest.
