Pinot Nero (Noir) here produces its typical ruby red color. The aroma is intense and vinous, possibly with hints of citrus fruit. The taste is dry, ample and characteristic.
The mandatory aging period is 15 months, 7 of which must be in oak barrels and a minimum 3 months in the bottle. The process must begin after January 1 of the year after the harvest.
