This red wine is made from the grape of the same name, namely Merlot (85-100%), and other local, non-aromatic red grapes may also be added (0-15%).
The combination produces a wine with an intense ruby red color. With age, the color becomes more garnet. The bouquet is vinous with hints of berries. The taste is dry, harmonious and ample.
The mandatory aging period is 15 months, of which 7 months must be in oak barrels and 3 months in the bottle. The whole process must begin after January 1 of the year after the harvest.
