Cortona Riesling Italico DOC is a straw yellow white wine made from the Riesling Italico grape (85-100%), with permission to use an additional 15% of local, non-aromatic green grapes.
The aroma is intense, aromatic and characteristic, while the taste is dry and harmonious, with an intense, aromatic aftertaste.
The wine is released for sale after February 1 of the year after the harvest, and is served thereafter with the region's fish dishes.
