This red wine is produced from the grape, Pinot Nero (85-100%), and up to 15% local, non-aromatic red grapes may also be added.
This combination produces a red wine that varies from ruby to garnet red. The aroma is intense and vinous, while the taste is dry, ample and characteristic for the grape.
The wine is released for sale after March 31 of the year following the harvest, and goes well with most everything on the menu.
