This white wine is made from the grape of the same name, Chardonnay (85-100%) and up to 15% local, non-aromatic green grapes may also be added to this.
Cortona Chardonnay is a straw yellow white wine and the aroma is slightly aromatic and fruity. The taste is dry and balanced.
The wine is released for sale after February 1 of the year after the harvest and goes well with fish dishes.
