A varietal red wine produced from the grape, Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%),with permission to add local, non-aromatic red grapes (0-15%).
The result is an intense, ruby red wine, which develops garnet reflections after aging. The aroma is likewise intense, spicy and characteristic for the type. The taste is ample, harmonious and dry.
The mandatory aging period is 15 months, at least 7 of which must be in oak barrels, and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. The entire process must begin after January 1 of the year after the harvest.
