This Rosato (rosé) is made from the same grape combination as Parrina Rosso, so the grape Sangiovese (70-100%) and other local, non-aromatic red grapes.
Since the must has only been in brief contact with the grape skins, and also due to a very soft press, the Parrina Rosata is a light, pink-colored wine with a delicate aroma together with an elegantly dry, round, fresh and balanced taste.
Goes well with mostly everything on the table.
