Cortona Grechetto is a straw yellow white wine made from the grape of the same name, and it must contain a minimum 85% of that variety. It is allowed to add an additional 15% of local, non-aromatic green grapes.
In addition to being straw yellow, Grechetto has a fresh, delicate, characteristic and slightly aromatic aroma. The taste is dry and balanced.
The wine is released for sale after February 1 of the year after the harvest and is the perfect companion to fish.
