Cortona Cabernet Sauvignon is made by itself or from a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%) together with 15% local, non-aromatic red grapes.
This combination produces a ruby to garnet colored wine, with a typically Cabernet Sauvignon, characteristically intense and slightly spicy aroma. The taste is ample, harmonious and dry.
This red wine is released for sale after March 31 in the year after the harvest.
