This rosé (Rosato) is made from the same grapes as Terratico di Bibbona Rosso and the aged Superiore. That is the Sangiovese (35-100%) and/or Merlot (35-100%) grapes. They can be used together or alone. Local, non-aromatic red grapes can also be added (0-30%).
This is a pink-colored rosé. The aroma is fine, fruity and delicate. The taste is dry, balanced and likewise delicate.
Goes well with the entire meal.
