Orcia Bianco is a dry white wine based on the ubiquitous Trebbiano grape (50-100%), and local, non-aromatic green grapes can also be added (0-50%).
The result is a straw yellow white wine with flecks of green. The aroma is fine and fruity, and the taste is, as stated, dry and balanced.
Goes well with the region's fish dishes.
