This white wine uses the grapes Trebbiano Toscano (50-100%), Vermentino, Malvasia Bianca di Candia and Ansonica (0-30%), together with other local green grapes(0-30%). However, there can at most be 15% of each local variety.
This grape combination produces a very interesting, light straw white wine. The aroma is intense and delicate, while the taste is dry and medium-bodied.
Enjoyed locally with fish.
