Here is a white wine with a delicate, characteristic and fruity aroma. The color is a more or less intense straw yellow, at times with green reflections. The taste is comfortably well-balanced and dry.
As the name implies, the main grape is Vermentino (85-100%), and it is permitted to add up to 15% local, non-aromatic green grapes.
The wine is released for sale after December 31 of the harvest year, and it is served along with the region's many fish dishes.
