This is one of the very promising red wines from Capalpio. The grape content must consist of Sangiovese (85-100%), with permission to use additional local, non-aromatic red grapes(0-15%).
This grape combination gives a more or less intense, ruby red wine. The aroma is ample and vinous, and the taste sufficiently acidic.
Released for sale on March 1 the year after the harvest.
