Capalpio Rosato is a rosé, where the grape composition is the same as for the types Capalpio Rosso and Reserve, which is synonymous with Sangiovese (50-100%), and with the possibility to add other, local, non-aromatic red grapes (0-50%).
The color is a more or less intense pink, the aroma vinous and fruity, and the taste dry, likewise fruity and characteristic for the type.
Released for sale after December 31 of the harvest year, and goes well with most everything on the menu, though not with strong dishes.
