Capalpio Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine made from the grape with the same name, Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%). Up to 15% local, non-aromatic red grapes may also be added.
This grape combination produces a red wine that at times develops violet reflections. The aroma is vinous and has the typical, slightly spicy characteristics from the grape. The taste is delightfully ample, and sufficiently acidic.
Capalpio Cabernet Sauvignon is released for sale after March 1 of the year after the harvest.
