This rosé is made from the same grapes as the red wine Valdichiana Rosso, which is synonymous with the grapes Sangiovese (50-100%), Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Merlot and/or Syrah (0-50%). Local red grapes can also be added (0-15%).
The result of this grape combination is a more or less intense, pink-colored Rosato, with a vinous, fresh and delightful aroma, along with a fresh taste.
Goes well with most everything on the menu.
