As is the case with its cousin, Sovana Cabernet Sauvignon Superiore, this is an intense, ruby red wine with violet reflections. After aging it becomes more garnet.
The aroma is vinous and spicy, the taste delightful, exceedingly ample with sufficient tannins.
The mandatory aging period is 2 years in oak barrels, and an additional 6 months aging in the bottle.
Goes perfectly with roast.
