This red wine has a fresh, ruby red color with a more or less intense garnet reflection. The aroma is vinous, intense and characteristic for the type. The taste is dry, harmonious, robust and slightly tannic when young.
Since this is a varietal, the main grape is Pinot Nero (85-100%), with permission to add up to 15% local red grapes.
