Pomino Bianco Riserva is made using the same grapes as the regular Pomino Bianco, namely Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Grigio and/or Chardonnay (70-100%), with permission to use additional local green grapes (0-30%).
The Reserve is a straw yellow white wine with flecks of green. The bouquet is delicate, fruity and inviting. The taste is harmonious and dry with a slight bitter aftertaste.
The mandatory aging period is a minimum of 10 months in large or small oak barrels (carati). Aging begins November 1 the year after the harvest.
