This white wine is made from the same grapes as the regular Pietraviva Bianco, so Chardonnay (40-80%), Malvasia Bianca Lunga (0-30%) and Trebbiano Toscano (0-20%), together with local green grapes.
The wine is an intense straw yellow, and the aroma is fine and delicate. The taste is dry and harmonious.
Pietraviva Bianco Superiore must age a minimum of 8 months, followed by 4 months in the bottle after tapping, and is released for sale on June 30 in the year after the harvest.
Perfect with fish.
