Pietraviva Bianco is a white wine made from the Chardonnay (40-80%), Malvasia Bianca Lunga (0-30%), Trebbiano Toscano (0-20%) grapes, together with local green grapes.
The color is straw yellow, the aroma delicate and the taste dry and harmonious.
The wine must rest a minimum of 3 months in the bottle after tapping, after which it is ready to be sold. It is released for purchase on February 1 in the year after the harvest.
