Everything points to the fact that Bolgheri Bianco is about to reach a certain level of class. The wine is made from Trebbiano (10-70%), the very interesting Vermentino (10-70%), together with a few other local, white varieties, most often Sauvignon. Alongside Bolgheri Rosato, this was the first DOC in this area.
The color is straw yellow, the aroma fine and delicate, the taste dry, balanced and inviting. The minimum alcohol concentration is 10.5%.
