Bianco dell’Empolese is a dry white wine made from the grapes Trebbiano Toscano (80-100%) together with local green grapes (0-20%). If Malvasia del Chianti is used, it can only make up a maximum of 8%.
This grape combination produces a straw yellow white wine with a characteristic aroma and a dry, fresh and delicate taste.
Bianco dell'Empolese DOC goes well with fish dishes, tuna salad and pasta with tomato sauce.
