Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Pinot Spumante DOC is a dry, sparkling, fresh and balanced white wine, characterized by fullness and softness. It has a more or less intense straw yellow color, and a delicate and distinctive scent.
The wine has a lively and persistent foam and bubbles, obtained either through pressure tank (Charmat / Metodo Martinotti), or through second fermentation in the bottle (Metodo Classico).
This wine has the same grape composition as the still Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Pinot DOC and the semi-sparkling Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Pinot Frizzante DOC varieties, namely Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Noir (100%).
