Colli di Parma Spumante DOC is a sparkling white wine made from Pinot Nero and/or Chardonnay and/or Pinot Bianco grapes, either alone or in combination. The wine must ferment in the bottle, where it must be kept in contact with the yeast or the sediment for at least 12 months (Metodo Classico).
The wine has a fine, lively and persistent foam, and a more or less dark straw yellow to pink color, depending on the grape type. The bouquet is distinctive and intense. The taste is pleasant and it ranges from dry to very dry (brut – extra brut).
Colli di Parma Spumante DOC is best enjoyed as an aperitif.
