Colli di Parma Pinot Grigio DOC has a more or less intense straw yellow color, a distinctive scent, and a dry, balanced and full-bodied taste.
A light sparkling Colli di Parma Pinot Grigio Frizzante DOC is made from the same grapes.
Both types are suitable for fish, but the sparkling one is especially great as an aperitif.
