This is a varietal red wine based on the Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%) grape, with permission to use local red grapes (0-15%).
The result is a brilliant, clear ruby red wine with a tendency towards garnet after aging. The bouquet is vinous and delicate, while the taste is dry, smooth, ample and balanced.
There is also a Superiore along with a Reserve.
