Sant’Antimo Pinot Grigio DOC is a varietal wine made from the Pinot Grigio grape (85-100%). In addition to this grape, up to 15% of local green grapes may also be added.
The result is a straw yellow white wine with an exceedingly delicate, flowery aroma. The taste is dry and harmonious.
Goes well with fish.
