Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Pinot Frizzante is a dry, fresh and balanced white wine, characterized by fullness and softness. It has a straw yellow color, with green hints, and an intense and typical aroma.
The wine is made from Pinot Bianco and/or Pinot Noir grapes (100%).
The lively, volatile foam is a result of the second fermentation in pressure tank (Metodo Martinotti).
Best served with fish or as an aperitif.
A sparkling Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Pinot Spumante DOC is also produced.
