The Colli di Parma Pinot Bianco Riserva DOC type and the non-barrel aged Colli di Parma Pinot Bianco DOC share the same grape composition. The result is a more or less intense straw-colored wine, with a distinctive scent and a dry, harmonious taste.
The grape used is, primarily, Pinot Bianco (95-100%), with the permission to use other non-aromatic, certified grapes (0-5%).
A light sparkling Frizzante and a sparkling Spumante type are also available. The latter is either produced through the Metodo Classico or through the Charmat method. The characteristics of the Spumante type are the same as for the other types, except that it, of course, has fine, attractive foam and persistent bubbles.
The minimum mandatory aging period is 12 months, of which 3 months in the bottle.
