This red wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (85-100%), often referred to as the best of Colli d’Imola.
Colli d’Imola Cabernet Sauvignon DOC has a deep ruby red color that acquires garnet red hints with age, a vinous scent, with interesting notes, and a full-bodied, dry and balanced taste.
The wine may be enjoyed young, but after aging, it becomes softer and more inviting.
A very interesting, barrel-aged Colli d’Imola Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva DOC is also available.
That Italy in 2011 was the worlds largest wine producer?
