Colli d’Imola Bianco DOC is a white wine, made from local non-aromatic white grapes, selected by the winemaker. Usually is has a straw yellow color, a slightly fruity scent, and a dry, sweet or sweetish taste.
The dry type can be enjoyed throughout the meal, while the sweet types are best enjoyed with dessert.
A very soft and full-bodied Colli d’Imola Bianco Superiore DOC is also produced. Furthermore, with the same specifications, a semi-sparkling Colli d’Imola Bianco Frizzante DOC is also available.
