This soft white wine is made from the same non-aromatic grape varieties as Colli d’Imola Bianco DOC, namely white varieties, selected by the winemaker. Usually is has a straw yellow color, a slightly fruity scent, and a nice, soft, full-bodied dry, sweet or sweetish taste.
The dry Colli d’Imola Bianco Superiore DOC can be enjoyed throughout the meal, while the sweet types are best enjoyed with dessert.
With the same specifications, a semi-sparkling Colli d’Imola Bianco Frizzante DOC is also available.
