Colli Centrale Romagna Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (85-100%) with the permitted addition of other local red grapes (0-15%).
The result is a ruby red wine, sometimes with purple hints. The scent is pleasant and slightly herbal, while the taste is dry, full-bodied and harmonious.
A barrel-aged Colli Centrale Romagna Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva DOC is also available.
Enjoyed to roast.
