This red wine has the same grape composition as the non-barrel aged Colli Romagna Centrale Cabernet Sauvignon DOC, namely Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%) with the permitted addition of local red grapes (0-15%).
It’s a ruby red wine, with purple hints. The scent is pleasant and slightly herbal, while the taste is dry, full-bodied, balanced and with oak notes from aging in the barrel.
The minimum mandatory aging period is 2 years, partly in wooden barrels.
Served with roasts.
