Colli Romagna Centrale Rosso DOC is a red wine made of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (50-60%) and/or Barbera and/or Merlot and/or Montepulciano grapes (40-50%).
The result is a dry, intense ruby red wine, with a good body and sometimes with a slightly tannic taste.
Enjoyed the roasts.
A barrel-aged Colli Romagna Centrale Rosso Riserva DOC is also available.
