The white wine Colli d’Imola Trebbiano DOC is made from the grape variety Trebbiano Romagnolo, a local version of the most popular Italian white grape, Trebbiano.
The wine is straw-colored and it has a vinous, inviting scent. The taste, either dry or slightly sweet, is delicious and balanced.
The dry type is a good accompaniment of fish, while the sweetish can be enjoyed as an aperitif.
With the same specifications, a semi-sparkling Colli d’Imola Trebbiano Frizzante DOC is also available.
