Colli d’Imola Pignoletto DOC is made from the local grape, Pignoletto (85-100%), with the permitted addition of other local varieties (0-15%).
The wine has a light straw yellow color, with green hints, a vinous, delicate and varied scent, and a dry or slightly sweet taste.
Best served either as an aperitif or, if the wine is dry, with fish dishes.
With the same specifications, this wine is also available as a semi-sparkling Colli d’Imola Pignoletto Frizzante DOC.
