The red wine Tullum Rosso DOC (or Terre Tollesi Rosso DOC) ismade from the Montepulciano grape (90-100%) with permission to use additional local blue grapes (0-10%).
The color is a ruby red with purple nuances, and after a few years the wine develops glimpses of granate. The aroma is etherial and intense, often with the scent of wood from the cask. The taste is dry and ample.
Released on the market beginning on January 1st of the second year following the harvest.
A barrel-aged Tullum Rosso Riserva is also produced.
