This is Tullum DOC’s version of a fully sparkling Spumante. The grape composition is the same as in Tullum Bianco DOC which means the varieties of Trebbiano Toscano and/or Trebbiano Abruzzese (75-100%) with the permitted addition of other local non-aromatic (0-25%).
Tullum Spumante DOC (or Terre Tollesi Spumante DOC) has fine and lasting bubbles. The color is straw yellow and the aroma is distinctive and pleasant. The taste is dry, harmonious, pleasant and distinctive.
