Tullum Merlot DOC (or Terre Tollese Merlot DOC) is a red wine based on the Merlot grape (90-100%), to which local red grapes can be added (0-10%).
The color is ruby red; the aroma vinous and distinctive, often with the scent of wood from the cask. The taste is dry, ample and distinctive.
Released on the market on January 1st of the second year following the harvest.
