Tullum Bianco Superiore DOC (or Terre Tollesi Bianco Superiore DOC) has the same grape composition as Tullum Bianco DOC, which means Trebbiano Toscano and/or Trebbiano Abruzzese (75-100%). It is permitted to add local, non-aromatic green grapes (0-25%).
The color is a straw yellow and the aroma fruity, intense, yet subtle. The taste is dry, ample and with a light bitter aftertaste.
Released on the market on March 31st. of the first year following the harvest.
