Tullum Biano DOC (or Terre Tollesi Bianco DOC) is a white wine based on the grape Trebbiano Toscano and/or Trebbiano Abruzzese (75-100%) with permission to use local, non-aromatic green grapes (0-25%).
The wine has a complex bouquet. The taste is dry, fruity and ample with a light bitterness in the aftertaste.
There is also a Tullum Bianco Superiore DOC with mandatory aging requirement and higher alcohol concentration.
