Sangiovese is the most widely used grape in Tuscany, but it is also very popular among wine producers in Romagna. This wine has the same grape composition as the non-barrel aged type, Colli Romagna Centrale Sangiovese DOC, namely 100% Sangiovese grapes.
Colli Romagna Centrale Sangiovese Riserva DOC is an intense ruby red wine, which becomes garnet red with age. The bouquet is distinctive, with noted of violets, while the taste is dry, harmonious and distinctive.
The minimum aging period is 2 years, of which some time must be in barrels.
